关于指代，到底是怎么样算是指代不清呢。A中an evolutionary advantage 可能指代malaria，不会引起歧义吗？

还有关于which的指代，是不是可以跳过先行词来指代核心词阿？

这里an evolutionary advantage ,整个前面半句话的同位语.
例如:China is becoming stronger and stronger, a phenomenon that makes many western countries worried!

which的指代问题,要有具体的题来解释比较好.
