Not only＋v．．．， but also＋v．．．一定是一个平行结构，也就是说Not only和but also后面接的动词必须是用一个时态．

Ｂ中Not only did ．．．but also　caused 动词都是过去式，一看就知道是答案了

这个很明显的，而且很常用，可以用做快速排除哟
