不能够再读一个相同的学位.美国也没有多少学校有类似管理类的博士学位.还有你这个问题应该在博士申请区问这里是硕士申请区.

Nope. This is not allowed in many schools but I think there are a few exceptions.

If you wanna be tenured professor why not directly go to a US university to get a PHD degree? A PHD from China is useless for your academia job application. In the view of Americans, a person holding a HD from China is pretty much like we deem a black African PHD. Your Chinese background doesn't not count unless you have excellent publication on the top US journals.

I guess you are a current PHD student. Right? Do not hesitate apply for top US PHD programs. Once you get the offer, just quit from your current PHD studies and come to USA. Although you might think the huge opportunitycost and sunk cost that make you too hard to abort your current PHD studies , you will make big return and offset this temporary lost in the long run.
