不知道LZ有没有试过easyjet订机票,或者青年旅馆之类的,都是不错的经历。
毕竟国内确实没什么user friendly的东西,中国移动话务员的服务还是不错,不过都是一个人服务到底。。。

或者说在商店买联想电脑
可以的,不过我就不了解了...
可以举简单的例子有些地方政府为了鼓励创业把手续简化或者把各个部门集中到一个办事大厅~
consequence就是1。方便群众...(原谅我今天看新闻联播了...)2.上述例子里就吸引了投资~
