Identify a system or service that you have found to be either “user-friendly” or “user-unfriendly.” Discuss, from the user’s perspective, in what way the system either is or is not easy to use and explain the consequences or effect of such a system.

不知道LZ有没有试过easyjet订机票，或者青年旅馆之类的，都是不错的经历。

毕竟国内确实没什么user friendly的东西，中国移动话务员的服务还是不错，不过都是一个人服务到底。。。

可以举简单的例子有些地方政府为了鼓励创业把手续简化或者把各个部门集中到一个办事大厅~

consequence就是1。方便群众...（原谅我今天看新闻联播了...）2.上述例子里就吸引了投资~

就拿坐公的士好了，北京奥运会为了方便残疾人，特地引进了那种英国的的士车。然后尽力的想象描述有什么比以前方便了，譬如不用收拾轮椅就能坐上去；可以让司机帮助下车；在车上能固定住了，而不用遭受坐晃右摆之苦。

或者说公车实行公交卡了，不再是人手买票或投币
