A: and its trunk的平行对象有歧义，有可能是前面任何一个句子，所以应该去掉逗号

B: descended 变谓语为修饰语，改变原文意思

C: 过去完成时没有意义，descended需要被动

D: descended需要被动

E: correct

注意：

1、 to suggest, that 从句，suggesting都可以表达原文需要的意思

2、 and前面的逗号，代表的平行的含义：加逗号以后多是和主句平行

这道提我看了讨论....也不知道为什么.答案锁定在DE之间.我选D,E翻译下就是"被起源于....."( is descended)不通呀...NN给个解答

longman查的结果是被不被动都可以

其实D和A有一样的错误，只是A的更加明显

and its trunk originally evolved这句的并列对象存在歧义：）

哦...偶终于明白了,原来主要原因是那个THAT的错误....没有THAT,后面那个句子就有歧义了....谢谢斑斑....这么晚还回贴....注意身体喔
