答案是 c Problems in the management of water and other resources

解答说d 会产生歧义~~

为什么c不会呢？同样会有the management of water the management of other resources 和 the management of water other resources两种理解阿~~~

通过你这题我总结认为: 如果想表达AC和BC的意思.

A and B C.是容易歧义的.理解成(A) and (BC).

但C of A and B可以.很多OG里的句子都是这么样的.
