including本身没问题吧，A中缺少介词for的补出，D中补出了for，使and前后的并列关系更清楚。

如果用including, 则变成举例说明, 则意思变成:

sounds rational, but why not use 2 that clauses or 2 with prases to achieve parallesm?

that included是定语从句 / with部分是介词短语做定语；

另：including我认为是现分做定语。

If,like what you said, that included是定语从句 / with部分是介词短语做定语, then 那个女权主义者的想法是: build 附设育儿设施的公寓住宅, not 在都市的公寓住宅中 build 育儿设施.

Please confirm whether my understanding is correct. Thanks again. I have spent one hour on this question.
