答案是E，要没看OG之前，我也选E，因为E就符合说话习惯，简洁，明白。可是although引导的从句到底是怎么样的结构呢？

mm先要删除的不是CD，而是AB，现在的考试中看见CD的形式就删掉风险是很大的。

首先AB的错误最重，你看although引导的是插入语，Polio是主语，那么插入语后应该接主句谓语。

C改变了句意。although引导的内容和主句内容调换了，这个错误也很严重，错。

D得and后面应该加could be，表示将来会怎么怎么样，而不应该用is表示已经发生了。
