此句的谓语是什么? noted ?? note可以这么用吗?

那不应该是Sb. is noted as.....

我觉得是这个that 从句作为宾语

就是说又是GMAC喜欢的v+受词+受词补语的情况? 像cosider as B, A(=consider A B)的情况喽???

不是每个都可以的，就几个可以省略as

consider/deem/make

pronounce我也见过一次，不过只有一次。
