算是带入他因来说明为何growth上升

只是这边我认为(E)也没有错阿………..

即使没有严格限制的国家也会经历一些经济成长…….

反复再看一遍原文

原文说：证据是有严格限制的国家也有很高经济成长，然后这个事实并不是说环境限制带动经济成长，而是…………………………..

似乎很明显要我们「带入他因」

而不是单纯的像(E)，只是反驳环境限制带动经济成长…………
