答案是C，这里有点困惑了，怎么总觉得这个that后面话还没说完似的就来了个逗号.....这里的that是什么用法...一般不是从句引导词麽...

楼上，我觉得应该是although the economy is growing slowly,省略的是economy is 不是they are.

再仔细看一下，逻辑主语是figures吧？

楼上，我把although引导的看作是indicate的宾语从句（复合句）中的让步状语，所以省略了it

为什么不可以呢？因为我觉得如果although是主语的让步状语为什么要把它写到宾语从句中去呢？

不知道这样理解对不对？

我觉得是is growing, 与后面的nearing 相呼应，都表示渐进的局势，而前面的figures, 文中并没有体现figures的变化，只是说figures released today, 也就是说只从今天的数据来看，似乎没有渐进的意思。
而且，如果although 的主语是figures的话，不会紧接着放在economy 的后面，而把economy 和与之关系密切的
is nearinig 分开。
