第二题答案是c,我想知道b为什么不对？我个人觉得c更像假设，而不像结论题

A polygraph test indicating that an examinee is untruthful can sometimes be mistaken. In this time, that means polygraph test's result is defined as conclusive one, that is negative, rather then inconlusive result mentioned in the argument.

second is another conlusion pattern question to answer.

In the argument, it says that meeting or exceeding customer expectations is our goal.

Then C is the answer that means M will try their best to advance the quality in their products if it is possible.

B is wrong since it says that if you do not focus on anticipating the expectations of its customers , it is doomed to fail in advaning the quality improvement. It is certainly convert the sequence of the logic thread.

简单说就是d中说的A polygraph test indicating that an examinee is untruthful是conclusive的，而文中一直在讲inconclusive test result,所以d不能从原文中推出

我觉得d选项不是conclusive,such a judgment means that the test has failed to show whether the examinee was truthful or untruthful，这句话的意思是说，根据测谎仪显示结果，不能判断出被测人是诚实的还是不诚实，也就是说没有结果。明显和D差异很大。所以D的错误原因不是因为它是conclusive.而是原文没有support(og解释)
