OG的解释是：What was in A and The thing that was in B cause inconsistencies
in verb tense: the use of the new technology cannot logically be described by both the present perfect has
been and the past was.

不太理解这个解释，那么原句里的what从句应该是什么时态呢？请朋友们赐教

一般现在吧．．．表客观事实．．．

was as remarkble as 和 has been 都是说the use of new tehconology不合逻辑啊~~~

那要是这么说的话，what从句不是该和后面时态一致用现在完成时么？

我不理解是该用完成时还是因为它是对事物的描述用一般现在时呢？
