The subject in the second sentence:  It=singular form

As a matter of fact, none of the ones provided by answer B to D were correct answers.

恩?还是不太懂,e怎么不对呢?

dollar是美元、加元等等

coin是货币

quarter是硬币

第一个是币值符号,后面两个是实物。

it looked and felt too much like a quarter.  it must refer to coin

which后的句子修饰DOLLARS应该用THEM, IT错了

it不能指dollars,所以说明需要在proved之前补出一个单数名词主语
