B. "is committing" 错误，不能用现在进行时说明一般的事实。whenever ... committed, were acting 时态都不对。

C. corporationS .... its ... 发现前后在数上不一致了吧，另外，employee acts, 现在时，与后面的benefited 不平行。

D.E. doesn't make sense.
