D是adj.作状语。 我们经常会看到的一个是Worried about...., sb...。
aware of是一样的道理。
恩，v+ed、v+ing这样开头的看多了。
闹闹的意思是仅指aware of可以作状语作为句首，还是所有的adj.都可以这么开头的？

语法书里“状语”那一节有说形容词可以作状语，没有说“所有的adj.都可以”，但也没有说哪些不能作的。
我觉得形容词作状语放在句首，也要考虑其逻辑主语是否和主语一致的。
ps.偶也想作讲师，羡慕你。。。
恩，我也觉得所有的adj都可以作为句首开头这个结论太冒险了。
多考虑一层逻辑搭配好些。

个人认为A的问题在于句子比较累赘，比较复杂。
按照白勇的归纳，能够不要使用there be的就尽量少用，如果能用简单方式来表达的就不要用复杂的从句。
这里要注意的是aware和后面主句的主语的逻辑关系是不是成立，这里是companies are aware of，所以成立了。
但之前看到一题考due to的，说是因为due是形容词，所以due to不能放在开头，要用be due to开头。
aware of和due to到底哪个是通用的用法哪个是特例啊？
