搜索关键词用British 来代替Irish

        找到了 “both British and American speakers”
             “Both American and British English styles graded from easy to hard for solving online”
               “both American and British news presenters.”
               “both British and American settings concerns academic engagement with "real world" issues”

        both American and British English,搜索到非常多

我下个结论，这二者的表达不会有什么大的差别吧，但是对于长句子肯定习惯用省略了前者后面的将和第二者一致的东西，就是考虑了简洁明了咯
