simutaneously与at the same time语意重复。
关于while，它有这样一种用法（我认为是表示同时发生的动作，不管是并列含义还是转折含义）：
while的特殊用法：In writing, people often use a non-finite clause beginning with while. For example, instead of writing “I often knit while I am watching TV.”, they write “I often knit while watching TV.”
而but是没有这种用法的。
19、75题也有相同的while用法，都用but来混淆。
恩，懂闹闹的意思。
while可以直接加分词，逻辑主语就是主句的主语。但是but就一定要跟完整的句子，是吧。
那么闹闹的意思就是while不论是转折还是并列含义，都是可以直接加分词的，并不是像F大侠所说的那样。
至于“simultaneously while ”本来是觉得没问题的，在其他地方也见过类似的修饰表达，
就是觉得这里的while是表示“当……”，所以觉得跟simultaneously 表示的是同一个意思，
就觉得可能是重复语意了。
