Why choose B?

不是NN,但这么冷清,回复一下!

语法上,我认为B的from ...to ....是修饰 by fifty percent的,做补语.更合适

PS.这句话B最顺口.一般fall后都接具体的数字吧,说话习惯!记住就好了.

E中的BY。。。PERCENT修饰了介词短语，不对，BY好象是副词短语吧应该直接放在动词FALL后面
