B：非法拷贝程序的人不会买程序，即使买是唯一的途径

所以B说明这些人如果不拷贝也不会买，

不好意思，还是没有太清楚这里的逻辑。

对于computer industry's来说，只有对程序感兴趣的人才会去购买程序

如果大部分对程序感兴趣的人都通过非法拷贝来获得程序的话.那么computer industry将会流失很多潜在的顾客，（潜在顾客在没有非法拷贝的情况下，只能购买正版；一旦可以非法拷贝，他们就不会去买正版）因而只有对程序真正需要，真正感兴趣的人才能造成损失。所以说， the loss to the industry is quite small

但如果大部分非法拷贝都是由对程序不感兴趣的人做的话，那么这部分人不属于潜在顾客，不管在什么情况下，他们都不会去购买正版，因此，不能算成是公司的损失

恩，只有那些如果不通过非法拷贝程序则需要购买的人才是潜在顾客，失去他们才是公司的损失。谢谢楼上的mm
