除了D以外，其他选项都没有办法从题干中判断错对。也就是FEIFEI解释所说的“超出原文，不能判断”。
从题干可以看出，两个基因信息相同的人，需要通过比较大脑结构变化（变小）来判断是否schizophrenic，也就是说，至少对于双胞胎来讲，单靠分析基因信息是没法得出结论的。所以D为答案。
