我搜索了以前的帖子，答案基本定在A或者C。

我选的是A

至于为什么不选C，我想了这样一个例子来证明，大家看行不行

三瓶油：A，B，C。A有100的酸，B有50的酸，C有25的酸，B的酸在两者之间，现在假设B的质量也在两者之间，比如还是50分，正如C所说的一样。但是！A的质量跟C的质量你是不知道的，只有一个大于50分，一个小于50分就可以了，两者可以交换，这样就不能证明到底是酸多了质量好还是算少了质量好，充其量就是说明了B的酸度和质量都是在中间，并没有支持原文。

大家如何看待，欢迎讨论！

另外关于A，也有点问题，根据常识来说精炼过的油质量要比没精炼的油质量好，但是这是我们自己认为的，题目也没说，这样会不会有问题？

觉得C好。

因为文章说的是unrefined oil, 没有说到refined oil,怎么得出A？是主观的成分太多了。

C可由文章最后一句直接得出。acid oil决定酸度，决定质量。符合老美的傻瓜思路。

但是C无法得出olive oil低oil质量就好的结论啊，用我那个例子就可以证明阿

另：突然发现你提的问题是“充其量就是说明了B的酸度和质量都是在中间，并没有支持原文。”

而这里题目问的是，能从文章推出什么？
