答案：C，如果用D，he seemed, she noticed, disoriented，作插入语，可好？

原来句子要表达的是
she noticed that he seemed disoriented

如果把she noticed变成插入语，改变原意，因为，插入语是作为附带部分出现的。

我的理解是sipped是瞬间的动作啊，如果用when sipping该多好。。

排除AB是因为sipping现在分词省略的主语是they,而后面的主语是she.

然而对C中过去式的用法也有疑惑, 还请NN解释一下.

是否语法上C和D均可，但C这里表达的陈述语气更简单，没有用进行时的必要。这样理解行么？请指教！！！

虽然我觉得ｓｉｐ在这里用进行时也没错～　　但ｃ与ｄ相比而言，c更易懂，更简洁。

但此处我觉得是用逻辑分析C 较好，

因为原义是：当他们在喝咖啡的时候，这个女的发现男的神智不清。强调的是时间，不是喝咖啡的动作。

(D) as they were sipping their coffee the next morning, he seemed, she noticed, disoriented

而D是，当他们同时喝咖啡的一瞬间，男的好像神智不清了。强调喝的时候，男的不行了。而女的发现是插入语，次之。
