标题: 也谈“than"比较－经典案例

Nowhere in Prakta is the influence of modern European architecture more apparent than in its government buildings。

我认为，不倒装的话结构应该如下，

The influence of modern European architecture is more apparent (at or on or in)
nowhere in Prakta than (at or on or in) its government buildings （in Prakta）.

因为nowhere是副词，所以前面不加介词，buildings前必须补上介词。

所以需要确认一下：答案为“in its government buildings"，但并不是说它和"in Prakta"比较，而是和nowhere并列！！

从含义上讲，用"on"或者"upon" it's government buildings 更合适。（influence on sth....)

以上理解对吗？请大牛指导！

提供一句更加清楚的例句：来自longman

Nowhere is drug abuse more of a problem than in the US.

nowhere：not in any place or to any place

我想句子的意思是，没有任何一个地方，药物的滥用能比(其)在美国更成一个问题。

所以我觉的还原后比较的对象应该还是drug abuse

同理，拿掉状语in Prakta 和所指代的it's

Nowhere is the influence of modern European architecture more apparent than in government buildings。

意思应该是，没有一个地方，现代欧洲建筑的影响能比在政府大楼里面更加明显。意思是政府大楼受到的现在欧洲建筑影响是最厉害的。
