OG中说到A、D的错误时，说incorrectly substitue as for that to introduce the relative clause?

LZM , the same as 与the same that 是一样的？究竟这两个短语有什么区别？

如果C其它不变，改为用the same as ，应该是不对的。
the same A as B 表示比较，句中的两个部分不能够比较。

我觉得应该用when引导这个定语从句，不应该用that,　如果用that，先行词year在从句中作什么成份呢？
