答案是B，但B的that of是指代错误，应用those of，因为后面跟的是好几个国家啊。

指代的对象是the rate of teenage pregnancies，但是，所以用that

如果用those，就找不到指代对象了

知道用those指代也会有问题，但五个国家能共同拥有一个"rate“吗，想不通。不过，最后还是想通了，the rate of teenage pregnancies是从概念上进行比较的，而非各国的“具体值”。
