我下载的答案是B，我选E,似乎这里的NN也选E,是不是我的答案错了呀？

B 缺一个and

E最后如果是granting会更加好，anyway，E is the better choice I think

我觉得应该是E, 但是E最后不能是granting, 只能是granted

因为前面说一个法令1 规定了自行车的使用,......并且2 批准行人右侧通行

如果从意思上判断, 一个说骑自行车的,一个说行人的, 应该是并列哦, 那么动词也应该是对应结构

不知道我的想法是否正确

如果最后一句话是对前面的法令的作用,做状语,那么应该用granting,不知道大家最后一句话如何翻译的.

选E，我的想法：

用granted正确，因为原句有三个并列谓语mandated..., required..., and granted... 这样才平行。

如果换成granting，required前面一定要有and才行。

忠实原意，最后一个grant是谓语，换成granting则成了状语，改变了句子重心
