不太懂 it和that的差别

B: that无指代

意思是不能指代 annual per capita consumption 还是说可以指代,但是意思不对

指代的是a drop

意思上应该是 annual per capita consumption "下降"比国家下降的两倍还多,而不是annual per capita consumption

那在用法上 it 和 that差别在哪里呢

it在比较中：如than it形式，表示同一个事物，如同一张桌子，同一块表，

如果是than that形式，表示同一类事物，如同中木头制品，同一个牌子的表，

所以，一般不会用同一个东西来重复比较，than后一般都是用that
