正确选项是million as part of a deal that will make

请问这是为什么呀?原文中出现同位语不是很好吗?

我觉得可能是时态的问题吧，因为是未发生的事，所以用will比较好。

按照就近原则,deal 做了 millon 的同位语,错误

正确选项则没有这个问题，deal指代 it will purchase the color-printing division of a rival company for $950 million
