除了用信用卡，好像没有其他的办法了吧。

But some schools don't provide you means to use credit card, so you can only use money order. Really depends on how schools treat so.

如果你有美国朋友可以帮你，可以用她的domestic account先去帮你online 交钱，然后你再把钱给她，这样最快，手续费也最低。
