1，A为什么不对？或说为什么现在的状况19 pounds 不用现在完成时，而是进行时？唉，时态的判断----我不变的软肋。
2，答案E难道没有改变句子重心的嫌疑吗？在我看来，划线部分主要想阐明will ......。而答案E却用平行的2个单句来平分秋色，合适吗？
3，选项C的that如果放在predicts 后面的话，是否也对，甚至优于E？

C中的介词短语放在句中,不如放在句末,这样修饰的是will reach 30 pounds a year的时间.

simply, per capita consumption cannot "achieve" 19 pounds a year, 'cause 19 pounds a year is not an objective, rather a fact, required by the verb "achieve"

Achieve :1) to succeed in doing sth. good or getting the result you wanted , after trying hard for a long time
2)to be successful in in particular kind of job.
mjiehu, so only person can achive sth. , right?

我也选了A 原因是E改变句子重心 但是现在做过很多题再来看 改变句子重心未必是错误选项 确实A的has been approaching和achieve不太好 读题还是要读仔细 我就把achieve给读漏掉了

这里的approaching是怎么样的用法

通过prep上几道改变句子重心错 和 改变句子重心作为正确选项 的题 我理解了 1.改变句子重心作为正确答案是情非得已 2.最好还是不要改变句子重心

has been approching 已经正在靠近，意思上是不是不太说得通呢

我也觉得A中的has been appraching和achieve是两个明显的错误，前者意为已经接近并且将来会还会接近，后者如某楼所说，不能用在这里。
