答案是C。这句话什么意思啊？

为了减少他们的库存，意大利葡萄酒商降价了。他们的葡萄酒被降价销售了，并且他们确实做了？库存确实减少啦？

their wines are priced to sell，and they(i.e their wines) do (sell)

支持楼上的,这里的they应该是指wines不是inventories

请问解释为何说D选项省略了they, 逗号也必须省略?难道说如果看成2个并列的谓语的话,就只能有and连接,而不能是逗号+and的形式?

解释:                              omitting the subject they means that the comma should be omitted as well

借楼发挥下，有个问题：

一句话里面同一个代词是要必须指向前文同一个东西的。这句话里面后面的they指代酒，前面their指代的是Italian vint­ners，不会出现问题么？

还是说一个事物主代词一个是所有格形式，所以指向不一样？
