答案e中，the results published 和 前边 the levels....be measured 不平行啊， 如果要是平行 应该是 the results be published 吧， 另外 像是这种情况， 是不是一定要
order that ..... and that...结构呢，第二个that 是可以省的吗？
还有一个问题，如果是 order to....and that....是不是一定犯了平行大忌

另外你说的平行问题，我觉得不可绝对化。我有印象遇到过order to....and that....的题，但实在找不着出处了。但反例比比皆是，如真题3套里第一套的：
9. In a leveraged buyout, investors borrow huge sums of money to buy companies, hoping to pay off the debt by using the company’s earnings and to profit richly by the later resale of the companies or their divisions.
(A) by using the company’s earnings and to profit
(B) by using the companies’ earnings and by profiting
(C) using the companies’ earnings and profiting
(D) with the company’s earnings, profiting
(E) with the companies’ earnings and to profit
答案E，但若论平行，A多好啊(ETS这题的陷阱也够黑的，得坑多少人)。所以，平行不一定是对的，不平行也不见得是错的。句意的清楚准确简洁的表达才是根本。而且，在判断平行不平行时，还要记住答案不是最正确的，而只是5个里面最好的。

插一句吧,觉得最大的原则是看是否引起误解,比如前面的一个例子中:
the levels of bacteria in seawater at popular beaches be measured and the results published
be省略了,但你也不会误解意思
另外:
比如: I run faster than you. 这里you后面地do之类地就可以省略
I eat more apples than you do. 这里地do不能省略, 因为省略后不知道 you是和 I 比较,还是和apple比较.

另补充新东方白大侠曾讲过 句子并列时如谓语动词中都有BE/BECOME时， 后面句子中的BE/BECOME可省略： A be B, C D, and E F。记得在OG中还有这样的句子出现，但忘记哪一题了。

对于这道题，大家都在讨论be的省略问题，已经很清楚了。
可是小生还有一点不明白：
按照这种改法，不就是并列的第二个宾语从句省略了引导词that吗？不是说宾语从句的引导词一定不能省吗？
望高手不吝赐教！~
