I know it should use has rather than have in this queation, but I cannot make choice Between D and E, please give me a good advice!

THAT指代的是Discrimination还是wages???D 重的those that 是不是太罗嗦了??

我认为d和E的歧义在于后面的定语是修饰descrimination还是wage. favour 不能用于wage.而descrimination 不能被paid. 这里也解释了nina关于tjat 的疑问
