得到完满的答复了！Rotman的招生人员反应还是很迅速的，对于我这个问题，原文回答如下：
We recommend that international students apply by Nov. 15th, in order to make sure that they give themselves enough time to process the student visa that is required to study in Canada. If you are not able to submit your application by this date, we will still accept applications up to the final deadline of April 30th, 2004. I would encourage you to try to have all documents in by the January 15th early deadline however, as this will benefit you in terms of rolling admissions, as well as giving you more time to apply for the visa should you be offered admission.
