标题: Interview Notice for NUS

Ph.D in Finance in NUS. Telephone interviews will be conducted March 14,15 and 16. Just got their email.

Anyone know something about NUS telephone interview? I'm worried about professional questions......

I only know face-to-face interview. They ask you to write several essays. 15min each. Horrible..But I think phone interview will be easier. Don't worry. Good Luck!

I did not do well during the interview in marketing dept.

three professors will be there. questions they asked mainly focused on your research propasal and your future plan.

unfortunately, I did not get the meaning of several questions given by an indian professor from US.

I also got the notice. Totally have no idea about the research proposal. Since I am an undergraduate in China, I just write about the areas I am interested instead of a proposal. Will they ask me some theoretical questions? There will be three professors....Really worried about the interview....

Does anyone know how many applicants they interview and how many they finally enroll?

I think they would arrange for face to face interview after the phone interview.

最后的结果这个周末出来我问过了

我估计得到offer的应该都差不多收到了周末主要发据信我猜

NUS的面试很nice，基本不会问你专业问题，我是strategy 的，他们2月初给我面的，二月底给我发的offer，不过我刚昨天把它拒了。

面试主要问常规问题，为什么选他们，好像面中国学生的都会是中国老师，所以放轻松就好。

啊啊邮件里说大家的面试是14，15，16三天嘛，不知道hsl和谁问的，NUS的传统一定要面试才有offer的呀

还要有第二轮么？那不托到四月份去了。嗯谁面了问问吧。

我面完了，两个Professor一起面的，人很Nice，问题都很General，问了问背景，然后就开始就我没有Master学位的问题开始纠缠，最后只问了一个专业问题。

最后我问他们一共招多少人，说是3-4个。录取了就有四年financial，他们觉得我背景太弱，估计没戏了，其他要面的各位加油，吼吼

我也没听懂，他上来说了一堆不知道什么，我就bla了一下我的background,然后说了我的interest

然后他说啥子professor 很boring,偶又没听懂在问啥，就bla一下ph.d虽然boring但我还是有兴趣什么的

总之这个professor的特点就是不用疑问句，搞不清他什么时候是在提问

啥消息都没有收到，不知道还有没有戏了。还有就是PhD in finance的offer是不是已经发完了。。。如果有知道的大虾帮忙回复一下啊。谢谢
