D改变了句子意思

原句是说M适合做某事，D说的是M做了某事

i thikn A is correct

Madagascar was one of the last habitable areas of the earth to undergo

Madagascar, one of the last habitable areas of the earth,underwent

these two sectences have different means

and D does not show the causual relationship in the whole sectence,so we can not ues the word making.

which 不能指代前面的句子。呵呵，我错了。

不过解释一样Madagascar, one of the last habitable areas of the earth,underwent改变了原句意。并且导致因果关系模糊。
