i think which is wrong,and in E like is wrong ,so i choose d.but the answer is B

which clearly refers to West Germany, it is West Germany that bans such evils as...

and choice B use a idiomatic phrasing "such...as... " instead of "such...like","such...that..."in E and D

usually you want adjective to be in front of noun to be more clear
also like is use to show similiarity
