likely to plan似乎比likely in planning更合乎用法

而plan to do与plan on doing都可以

Be likely to, 根据此，认为C选项比较好。

可是答案给的是A,为什么呢?

lz确定有plan on doing这种说法吗？xdf上课时老师给出的C不对理由就是没有plan on doing这种说法，尽管我觉得likely in doing一样奇怪。。。

A 中强调的是Practice

C: 中强调的是Plan.

从原文的意思上讲,强调的是PRACTICE.

从语法结构上讲, A 也没有错误. 比较的对象是GRADUATTES, 是主语并且

补出了系动词.

有人争议A，A错误在于are:     X is ...more ..than Y

虽然plan to do与plan on doing都可以

Be likely to是固定搭配,  C选项！

可是刘振民的书里说到:倍数(数量词)＋形容词/副词比较级＋than是可以用来作为倍数增减表达的.举的例子是:Force　N1 is 4 times greater than Force N2.
