不太明白，为什么第一题A中的that就是代词？依我之见，they believe作为插入语， that引导修饰one的定语从句。

超新星那题的 they believe 不可以理解成插入语，如果是插入语前后肯定有逗号分隔的
省略that的原因是因为that在后面的从句里面充当宾语，而第二题的 that 再在从句里面做主语，所以不可以省略
