答案是B,但是有个问题是as后面不是要接句子吗?

这题没有接句子啊?

还是as有的用法是不用接句子的啊

were made in nonsalary compensation 后面指出 nonsalary compensation includes allowances for...

so here "such... as..." is a term to illustrate a specific example about non salary compensation.
