2.suggest doing是除了suggest that以外的另一种固定用法吗?

这里用propose...suggest...are calling 并没有破坏平行，这里用现在进行时表示正在发生的并持续发生的动作。

suggest 表示提出一种可供选择的、推测性的建议，后接动名词。
