hopefully 口语化用法

而且hopefully completed in the late 1980's 作为插入语可修饰主语也可修饰谓语,位置不好！

你再不写出题目编号，版主要疯了！

答案是D吗？it is hoped 优于hopefully，太书面化，GMAT不喜欢
