为什么答案是d呢?

是D啊，one of whom is blind是插入语（Presenters中的一个），删去不影响句子结构。

LZ选哪个呢？

不能用one来指代为复数形式的presenters，所以原题是错的，改成上一楼同志说的插入语比较好。

Grammatical construction

非限定性定语从句 one of who(whom) is blind, whom 指代presenters。
