我谈谈我的看法。问题出在第一句话：由于害虫的大肆侵犯导致了棉花市场的价格上涨，所以D应该是无关选项，而B的意思就是说，高效杀虫剂的问世可以控制害虫肆虐，棉花产量稳定了，棉花市场的价格就会下降，那么农民种植棉花的积极性也就降低了。
