不是“撞击‘，vi 是"发生影响＂．

以前好像也看到过类似的别的词, Vt和Vi, 挺绕的.
是不是说:
impact: Noun, 当影响讲时应该用 have an impact on
impact: Vt, 没有影响的意思, "压紧", "塞入","碰撞,冲击"
impact: Vi 撞击;发生影响; 表示影响时应该用" impact on st."

impact不是可以是及物动词吗，而且意思是影响，那这里的C是不是不要用impact on,而直接用imoact就好了。
