正确选项是E, 其中对B的解释是a 55 percent increase in delays 比 55 percent more delay清楚，请问清楚在哪里呢？

习惯用increase in...这种表达方式来表达在某方面的增长。而且应该是more delays.

if you use "more" it could mean it delayed longer. But on the other hand if you use "increase in", it could only mean more delays in quantity.
