dear avy, I think ur post and the discussion here are quite helpful to CDer in their way to MBA.上周五我去牛津参加了校园面试，早上9点到了Said, 工作人员非常热情友善。9点半被领去教授Jos van Bommel的办公室。是一位荷兰籍的教授，人很好，整个面试想在聊天。他先跟我讲了几句荷兰语，大概想看看我荷兰语的水平（我在荷兰呆了几年了），过了一会，他说还是讲英语把。
1. What is is the challenge in your work?
2. It is hard to reinforce contract in China, what would you do if you are an government offical in China?
3. In you opinion What Dutch product or business would have bigger market in China?
4. You said you only applied Oxford, why?
5. What is your career goal? Tell me about you entrepreneurship experience? If you have chance, would you start over again?
6. Any question.
问我的问题都非常specific,基本没有什么general的问题。我在那里罗罗嗦嗦说了很多，大概40分钟（安排时间只有半小时），害后面面试的阿三等了半天。
面试后去听了一节课，之后跟本届的学生有个discussion. 学校设施非常好，建筑也很漂亮。我只申请了一所学校，现在在焦急地等待结果。

Compared to avy's interview,mine is a little bit easy, I mean question is a bit simple, but I do not think the interview is simple, caz the interview is very experienced, I can feel she can read the candidates by easy questions.
My main question are :
Why MBA?
Why verbal part in Gmat is a bit low compared to Math part?
My opinion of teamwork.
and some other detailed and my-answer-related questions.
In addition, the interviewer is very frendly and easygoing.
For me, I strongly encourage candidates to take the on-camupus interview, caz that's a very important opportunity for both you and the program to know each other better. and moreover, maybe it can enhance your intake possibility(maybe not). After that, you can get a more real feeling and understanding of the school and program. so you can evaluate if you can fit in or not with sufficient information. That's totally different to collect information on line or from other people. After all, to do a MBA is a very important decision which needs you to put into a lot of time, energy and money as well. For me, I do not want to make the decision without feeling my target shool and program directly.

firstly, tks a lot for the compliment!
I visited Tanaka before Oxford, and after Oxford, I went to Judge and Cass. That's a fantastic experience and it's my first spring festival spent in another country. It's amazing.
By far, I have rec'd the offer from Judge and Tanaka and am still waitting for the result of ox and cass.
I realize now the more programs you touch and feel directly, the more difficult for you to make the final decision.
My first feeling told me Oxford(if successful). But I am the kind of person who makes the decision at last second.haha.just kidding.
