that不是说不能省略吗？

怎么有时候又可以省掉？

答案是：that the levels of bacteria i seawater at popular beaches be measured and the results

and 后面的 that 省略掉了

这句话不是ordered that...and that...的结构

that后面整个成分都是ordered的内容

这题其实考的是系动词be的省略和虚拟语气
