what should i dress? suit with tie? without tie? casual?

觉得business casual 就可以了吧。

business casual should be fine.

我（男士）的理解就是：休闲西服+衬衫（领带可有可）+休闲裤(不要那些很多都得太casual的)+皮鞋（可以休闲一些也可以正式一些）。避免: T-shirt+Jean+sport shoes.
